While the importance of DX has increased following the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "2025 Cliff" proposal, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) still have limited visibility of challenges and concrete initiatives due to a lack of understanding of DX and personnel to promote it.
